We launched our first docu-series following the journey of four brave youths — our Kopi Teh Makan heroes. After 18, many young adults on the autism spectrum lose their daily routines and slip into isolation. KTM was created to change that.

Kopi Teh Makan, a joint initiative by Ray of Hope and Flour Power SG, brings youths with autism into real corporate spaces to serve coffee, tea, and snacks — giving them social interaction, confidence, and a sense of belonging, while showing workplaces what inclusion looks like in practice.

For the youths, it gives them their first job and paycheck. One of the most moving moments: Sean's mother Suit Fong Chan recalled her son turning to her and asking, "Mummy, are you proud of me?" It brought many in the room to tears.

If you would like to host Kopi Teh Makan in your office, leave a comment — our Partnerships Manager Hana will reach out.
