As an organisation, we often find it much easier to celebrate the wins of our community than to pause and recognise our own. So when The Foundry took time at the Townhall to acknowledge our wins, it was a reminder to pause, reflect, and celebrate ourselves.
Because we are a small team, and because much of our work happens behind the scenes — home visits, verification, storytelling, donor outreach, disbursements, reporting — we typically work quietly, out of the spotlight.
