We are proud to partner with Ray of Hope (Singapore) and Dr. Geraldine Tan from The Green & Purple Movement through the Kopi Teh Makan programme, supporting young people with autism as they gain confidence and develop practical workplace skills.

Across three engagements, Columbia Threadneedle hosted three interns who prepared and served a thoughtfully curated farm-to-table menu — contributing at every stage, from harvesting ingredients to serving colleagues.

Initiatives like this help address the "post 18 cliff" many individuals with autism face, supporting more inclusive pathways to independence and employment.
